Upon cancellation, there will be no financial obligation to the University, and any payments made will be refunded, except for non-refundable fees, as long as cancellation occurs before attending the first class session or within seven days of enrollment—whichever is later.

Refund Policy

Students who drop or withdraw from a course before the required deadline are not obligated to pay the assessment fee for that course.

The $60 application fee is non-refundable, except in cases where applicants withdraw their application before an admissions decision is made. Applicants can submit a formal refund request to their personal advisor, and if approved, the refund will be processed within 30 days using the original payment method.

For students who remain enrolled in a course beyond the withdrawal deadline, the assessment fee becomes non-refundable. However, the fee may be refunded if the University cancels the course or if the student’s work was not evaluated during the course.
